Raihan AI provides consultancy and implementation of AI agents and AI operating systems for business clients. The precise scope of each engagement is documented in a written agreement or proposal.

3. Use of the website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website in a way that harms Raihan AI or third parties, or that infringes intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual property

All content on raihan.ai — including texts, images, logos, and code — is owned by Raihan AI and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

5. Liability

Raihan AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount agreed in the relevant agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, technical documentation, and client information.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
